| Includes MiniTracker reader and 25 microchip transponders. EZid offers several lines of Avid readers with patented Multi-Mode technology. The Multi-Mode technology enables them to read different ID coded devices from various manufacturers. Read ranges vary according to the size and orientation of the RFID device and the reader. The reader emits a radio frequency which energizes ID devices within its electromagnetic field (the read range). The energized ID device transmits the unique ID number to the Avid reader in 38 milliseconds where it is displayed on the Liquid Crystal (LCD). |
